Hello there! And welcome to my little part of the internet! You can call me Dove, or anything really, I love being given nicknames! I've wanted to make a neocities for the longest time, especially once the internet went away from that early 2000s phase, and the 2010s left, everything felt different. Personalization seemed to disappear, being able to express yourself was simply boiled down to: A profile picture, and a banner. No more changing backgrounds, colours, anything like that anymore. Sure, Tumblr still lets you customize your own blog, but by default you're given 'a pfp and a banner'.

We are so much more than just a simple picture and a banner image. We have depth to us, and vast uniqueness, so I am so glad I finally buckled down and decided to learn how to code more. I self taught myself starting back when Tumblr first bloomed, I always used to mess around with the HTML and such, I also used to mess around with Bootstrap on Furaffinity, and back when DeviantART was actually good and allowed customization, I used to dabble in it there. But now that I am older, and married, I have decided that the time I have, I'd love to dedicate to learning more different types of code and more advanced coding.
